About the beta

Wizard Chess 3D is an experimental game operated by Quiet Gambit. Rules, features, and availability may change. Matches and records may be interrupted or reset. There are no cash prizes, paid rankings, or guarantees of uninterrupted play.

Play fairly

Do not attack the service, exploit bugs to disrupt other players, bypass access controls, impersonate someone else, or submit unlawful, abusive, or personal information about others. We may restrict abusive use to protect players and the service.

Feedback and ownership

You keep ownership of your feedback and allow us to use it to maintain and improve the game. Submit only material you are entitled to share. The game’s code, commissioned artwork, and third-party assets have their respective owners and licenses; open-source license rights are not limited by these terms.

Availability and your rights

The beta is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that it is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
